Pasteurized A2 Milk
The Pasteurized Milk is sourced from the interior regions of Saurashtra where the Gir Cows graze in vast Forests eating wide variety of plants and herbs. The milk is Pasteurized to 72°C and then filled in Pouches and gets delivered within 24-48 hrs. of milking.
Raw A2 Milk
Aumilk is an epitome of Purity & Freshness. Every bottle is a fine blend of Taste & Nutrition. Raw Milk, from the finest of Gir Cows grazing in Organic Pastures, is chilled to 4°C, filled in Glass Bottles and delivered right at your doorstep within 12-24 hrs. of milking.
Bilona Ghee
Gir Cows Raw Milk is heated and fermented overnight to make curd. The curd is then churned to extract Makhan which is then heated on a slow flame to make desi ghee. Ghee made using this Ayurvedic process is easier to digest, has higher amounts of Omega 3, 6 & 9. It is filled with essential Vitamins A, D, E & K.
Makhan
Makhan was and must be made by churning fresh curd and not milk. Curd when churned with Bilona not just gives us the all healthy makhan but also chaas. Makhan made using this process has higher amounts of Butyric acid and pro biotic bacteria It has Omega 3, 6 & 9 and essential Vitamins A, D, E and K.
A2 Paneer
We make Paneer the traditional way using only Gir Cow’s Milk and Lemon Juice. No Calcium Chloride, Di Sodium Phosphate. No Additives or Preservatives. A2 Paneer is freshly made to order. It contains the all healthy A2 Protein, is low in carbs, is a good source of Omega 3 and Calcium.
Natural Honey
